Payment Failed

"My card was declined."

Fix

1. Check with your bank. Some banks block international transactions (we use Stripe).
2. Ensure your card has sufficient funds.
3. Try a different card.

Subscription Access

"I paid but my account is still 'Free Tier'."

Fix

• Log out and Log back in. This forces a refresh of your subscription status.
• If still not updated after 5 minutes, please email billing@telegramtometatrader.com with your transaction receipt.

Upgrading & Proration

How does upgrading work? If you upgrade from "Starter" ($29) to "Pro" ($49) halfway through the month:

• You are charged the difference immediately.
• Your new features (unlimited accounts) are unlocked immediately.

Cancellation

How do I cancel? Go to Settings > Billing > Open Customer Portal > Cancel Plan.

• We do not make you jump through hoops. One click.
• You keep access until the end of your billing cycle.
