Billing Issues
Payment Failed
"My card was declined."
Fix
- Check with your bank. Some banks block international transactions (we use Stripe).
- Ensure your card has sufficient funds.
- Try a different card.
Subscription Access
"I paid but my account is still 'Free Tier'."
Fix
- Log out and Log back in. This forces a refresh of your subscription status.
- If still not updated after 5 minutes, please email
billing@telegramtometatrader.comwith your transaction receipt.
Upgrading & Proration
How does upgrading work? If you upgrade from "Basic" ($39) to "Pro" ($99) halfway through the month:
- You are charged the prorated difference immediately.
- Your new features are unlocked immediately.
Yearly Plans
If you are on a Yearly Plan, you are billed once every 12 months.
- You save roughly 17% (getting 2 months free) compared to monthly billing.
- The charge will appear as a single transaction (e.g., $990 for Pro Yearly).
Lifetime Deals
If you purchased a Lifetime Deal:
- You are charged a one-time fee (e.g., $1,999).
- No recurring charges will ever be applied for your subscription.
- You have access to Master Tier features for the lifetime of the service.
Cancellation
How do I cancel? Go to Settings > Billing > Open Customer Portal > Cancel Plan.
- We do not make you jump through hoops. One click.
- You keep access until the end of your billing cycle.
