Account Setup

Creating your TTMT account takes about two minutes, then a guided setup walks you through everything else. The order matters: you pick a plan, connect MetaTrader, link Telegram, choose channels, confirm your symbols, and set your trading style — each step builds on the one before it. Your progress saves as you go, so you can stop and pick up exactly where you left off.

Creating Your Account

1. Open the app — Go to app.telegramtometatrader.com. The /signup and /login links both land on the same entry screen, so signing up and logging in start in the same place.
2. Enter your email and create a password — Passwords are strength-checked at signup, so a weak password is rejected on the spot. Pick something strong; this email is used for account recovery and billing notices.
3. Verify your email — Check your inbox for the confirmation email and click the link to activate your account.

After verification you land in the guided setup.

Check your spam folder

If you do not see the verification email within a minute or two, check your spam or promotions folder. It is sent immediately after signup.

The Setup Sequence

Setup runs in a fixed order. Each step prepares the one after it, so the sequence is not arbitrary.

2	Connect MetaTrader	Before Telegram, because the steps that follow need your broker's live symbol list.
3	Connect Telegram	Links the account that receives your signals.
4	Choose channels	Pick which channels to monitor — at least one is required to finish.
5	Confirm symbols	Confirm which instruments you trade so TTMT can match signal names to your broker's symbol names.
6	Set your trading style	A short settings wizard: lot size, entry style, take-profit style.
7	Review and confirm	A summary screen confirming every connection — this marks setup complete.

Two gating rules keep the order intact: you cannot pick channels before Telegram is linked, and you cannot confirm symbols before MetaTrader is connected.

Your progress saves automatically. Close the browser after connecting MetaTrader and you resume at the Telegram step, not back at the start.

Without this ordering, symbol confirmation would run before a broker is attached — there would be no symbol list to match against, and you would finish setup with zero tradable symbols.

How your broker connects

By default, TTMT connects to your MetaTrader account through MetaAPI Cloud — a broker-managed cloud connection with no software for you to install. Two self-host options (a self-hosted Terminal and a self-hosted Client) exist as a limited preview and are enabled per account on request; you will not see them during normal setup unless your account has been opted in. Choosing a Plan

You choose a plan first. The plan screen recommends a tier based on your account type, and every tier runs the same trading engine.

Yearly billing is ten times the monthly price (two months free). Master includes up to 5 trading accounts; you add more through add-on slots rather than getting unlimited accounts. All plans include:

• Adaptive layered execution (1–6 entry layers, up to 36 orders)
• Signals read in any format, including images
• Take-profit rebalancing and auto-breakeven
• Dashboard analytics and performance tracking
• Telegram notifications
• Config profiles and per-channel settings

WARNING

Pick the tier that matches your account balance. The plan screen recommends one based on your account type — start there.

The Demo Trial

You do not have to commit to a live plan to try TTMT. The plan screen has a Switch to Demo Account option that starts a free 7-day demo trial, so you can run the full system on a demo account first. A trader can sign up, take the demo trial, and validate a gold channel before going live.

How to Subscribe

1. On the plan step, you see the tiers with a recommendation based on your account type.
2. Pick monthly or yearly billing.
3. Enter your payment details — billing is handled securely by Stripe.
4. Your subscription activates immediately.

You can change plans later from the Billing page in the dashboard.

Managing Your Account

From the Profile page you can:

• Update personal information — name, email, timezone.
• Manage your Telegram connection — reconnect or switch accounts.
• Delete your account — with a confirmation step to prevent accidents.

From the Billing page you can:

• View and download invoices.
• Update your payment method.
• Change plans — upgrade or downgrade at any time.
• Cancel — your access stays active until the end of the current billing period.

Before canceling

Close any open positions first. Automated trading stops at the end of your billing cycle, so a trade left open after that point is no longer managed.

Password Recovery

If you forget your password:

1. On the login page, click Forgot Password.
2. Enter the email tied to your account.
3. Check your email for a reset link.
4. Click the link and set a new password.
