Setting Up Your Account

Your journey to automated trading starts here. Creating an account takes about two minutes, and we will guide you through every step.

Creating Your Account

1. Visit the signup page -- Go to app.telegramtometatrader.com. If you do not have an account yet, you will be prompted to sign up.

2. Enter your details -- Provide your email address and create a strong password. This email will be used for account recovery and billing notifications.

3. Verify your email -- Check your inbox for a verification email from TTMT. Click the confirmation link to activate your account.

Check your spam folder

If you do not see the verification email within a minute or two, check your spam or promotions folder. The email is sent immediately after signup.

4. Complete your profile -- You may be asked for basic profile information to personalize your experience. This step is optional but helps us tailor the dashboard to your needs.

Once verified, you will be directed to the onboarding flow -- a guided, step-by-step setup that walks you through connecting Telegram, MetaTrader, and choosing your first channels.

The Onboarding Flow

After account creation, TTMT guides you through a 6-step onboarding sequence. Each step must be completed before proceeding to the next:

Your progress is saved automatically. If you close the browser mid-way, you will pick up exactly where you left off.

No pressure

You can take your time with each step. The onboarding flow is designed to be completed in one sitting, but there is no time limit.

Choosing a Subscription Plan

TTMT offers flexible pricing tiers designed for different account sizes and trading needs. All plans include the same core features -- the pricing difference is based on your account balance and the number of connected accounts.

Free Trial

Start with a free trial to test TTMT with no commitment. You get full access to all features during the trial period so you can evaluate the platform on a demo account before committing.

How to Subscribe

1. During onboarding (Step 4), you will see the available plans with a recommendation based on your account type.
2. Select your desired plan -- monthly or yearly billing.
3. Enter your payment details securely via Stripe.
4. Your subscription activates immediately.

You can also manage your subscription at any time from the Billing page in the dashboard sidebar.

Managing Your Account

From the Profile page in your dashboard, you can:

• Update personal information -- name, email, timezone preferences
• Manage Telegram connection -- reconnect or switch accounts
• Control analytics -- opt out of tracking if you prefer
• Delete your account -- with a confirmation step to prevent accidents

From the Billing page, you can:

• View invoices -- download past invoices for your records
• Update payment method -- change your card or billing details
• Change plans -- upgrade or downgrade at any time
• Cancel subscription -- your access remains active until the end of the current billing period

Before canceling

If you cancel your subscription, all automated trading will stop at the end of your billing cycle. Make sure to close any open positions before your access expires.

Password Recovery

If you forget your password:

1. Go to the login page and click Forgot Password.
2. Enter the email address associated with your account.
3. Check your email for a reset link.
4. Click the link and set a new password.
