Next Steps ​

You are up and running. TTMT is monitoring your channels, parsing signals, and executing trades automatically. But setting up automation is just the beginning. Here is where to go next to get the most out of the platform.

Understand the Logic ​

Do not just trust the black box. Understanding how TTMT handles your capital gives you confidence and helps you make better configuration decisions.

  • The 12-Order Layering Strategy -- Why every trade is split into up to 12 orders across 4 price layers. How entry strategies (Front-Loaded, Even, Martingale, Single) change the distribution.

  • TP Redistribution -- What happens when price retraces and deeper layers fill. How the system compresses take profit targets to adapt to changing market conditions.

  • Breakeven Management -- When and why TTMT moves your stop loss to entry price. The buffer system that prevents getting stopped out at breakeven by a single pip.

  • Signal Processing -- The full journey from a raw Telegram message to a validated trade. How the AI reads signals and how duplicates are filtered out.

Fine-Tune Your Settings ​

The Quick Setup Wizard gave you a solid starting point. Now you can go deeper:

  • Order Setup (Trading Settings) -- Adjust lot sizes, entry strategies, TP distribution, default SL/TP values, and extreme value handling. This is where you dial in the details.

  • Active Trade Setup (Strategy Settings) -- Configure auto-breakeven triggers and buffers, trailing stop distance, TP redistribution toggle, and how TTMT handles signal updates (SL modifications, TP changes, partial/full close instructions).

  • Config Profiles -- Create named profiles with custom overrides and assign them to specific channels. A "Conservative" profile on one channel and an "Aggressive" profile on another -- without changing your account defaults.

  • Symbol Mapping -- If your broker uses non-standard symbol names, configure custom mappings and per-asset overrides for volume, SL, and TP defaults.

Master Your Channels ​

Channels are the source of your trading signals. Getting the most out of them means understanding the available controls:

  • Channel Settings -- Execution modes (Complete Only vs. Execute on Alert), symbol filters, trading windows, and per-channel configuration overrides.

  • Channel-Account Assignments -- Assign channels to specific MetaTrader accounts. Run experimental channels on Demo, proven ones on Live.

  • Channel Explore -- Browse community analytics for channels in the library. Compare win rates, signal volume, and average P&L across the user base.

Monitor Performance ​

Data-driven decisions make better traders. TTMT provides comprehensive analytics:

  • Performance Page -- Equity curves, win rate analysis, drawdown tracking, per-channel breakdowns, and per-symbol performance. Sharpe ratio, profit factor, and consecutive win/loss streaks.

  • Trade Log -- Full history of every trade with expandable lifecycle details. Filter by date, channel, symbol, account, or status. Export data for external analysis.

  • Signal Log -- Every signal received, how it was parsed, whether it was executed or rejected, and why. Essential for evaluating signal provider quality.

  • Live View -- Real-time position monitoring with current P&L, margin usage, and quick access to the emergency kill switch.

Protect Your Capital ​

TTMT includes multiple layers of safety that work automatically, but it helps to know they are there:

  • Signal Safety Checks -- Multiple layers of validation that catch wrong-side stop losses, duplicate signals, and extreme values before they reach your account.

  • Automatic Safety Pauses -- Per-account and global safeguards that automatically pause trading if too many errors occur in a short period.

  • Emergency Kill Switch -- Instantly close all positions (or only TTMT-managed ones) from the dashboard. Available from the Live View and the dashboard header.

  • Connection Recovery -- How TTMT handles connection drops, verifies your positions are accurate, and automatically reconnects to keep your trades safe.

Set Up Notifications ​

Stay informed without watching the dashboard:

  • Telegram Bot Notifications -- Connect the TTMT notification bot to receive alerts for trade opens, closes, TP hits, SL hits, breakeven triggers, and system events. Each notification type can be toggled independently.
