Tax & Invoicing
Prices on the pricing page are shown before tax. Depending on where you are and whether you are a business, VAT may be added at checkout, and EU businesses with a valid VAT ID can use the reverse-charge rule. This page explains how that works and what appears on your invoice.
Prices are shown before VAT
All plan prices — $39, $99, $149, and the rest — are net amounts. Tax is calculated and added automatically at checkout based on your billing location, so the rate that applies depends on where you are. You always see the final, tax-inclusive amount before you confirm payment.
Prices exclude VAT
Listed prices are net. EU customers see VAT added at checkout based on their billing address.
Why your billing address is required
A billing address is required at checkout. It is what determines the correct tax treatment for your location, so it has to be accurate — it drives both the rate you are charged and the details on your invoice. An incorrect address can mean the wrong tax is applied.
Keep your billing address accurate
Your billing address sets your tax treatment. An incorrect address can mean the wrong tax is charged.
EU customers and VAT
TTMT bills from Estonia, so EU VAT rules apply. If your billing address is in one of these EU countries, your local VAT rate is added to consumer purchases at checkout:
Austria (AT), Belgium (BE), Bulgaria (BG), Croatia (HR), Cyprus (CY), Czechia (CZ), Denmark (DK), Estonia (EE), Finland (FI), France (FR), Germany (DE), Greece (GR), Hungary (HU), Ireland (IE), Italy (IT), Latvia (LV), Lithuania (LT), Luxembourg (LU), Malta (MT), Netherlands (NL), Poland (PL), Portugal (PT), Romania (RO), Slovakia (SK), Slovenia (SI), Spain (ES), Sweden (SE).
Example. You are a private customer in Germany. German VAT is added on top of the net price at checkout, and your invoice shows the VAT as a separate line.
Business reverse charge (EU VAT ID)
Business customers can enter a valid EU VAT ID at checkout. When a valid VAT ID is provided for a business in another EU country, the reverse-charge mechanism applies: VAT is not charged on the invoice, and you account for it yourself under your own VAT registration. Enter your VAT ID at checkout, and if it validates, the invoice shows the reverse-charge treatment with no VAT added.
EU businesses
Have an EU VAT ID? Enter it at checkout to apply the reverse charge and have VAT removed from your invoice.
Example. You are a registered business in France with a valid VAT ID. You enter it at checkout, reverse charge applies, no VAT is added, and you handle the VAT on your own return.
Customers outside the EU
If your billing address is outside the EU, tax is still determined automatically by your location at checkout — some jurisdictions add a local sales tax or GST, others add none. You see whatever applies before you confirm, and your invoice itemizes the net amount and any tax that was charged.
Example. You are outside the EU. Tax is determined by your location at checkout; whatever applies (if anything) is shown before you pay, and your invoice itemizes the net amount and any tax.
Who you're billed by
TTMT subscriptions are billed by jazzrabbit OÜ, an Estonian company, with invoicing handled through Xolo. This is the legal entity name that appears on your card statement and invoices. For tax purposes the product is classified as software as a service (an electronic service).
Finding your invoices
Invoices and receipts are available from the billing page's history and from the customer portal, which you open with Manage Subscription. Each invoice shows the net amount, any VAT, and your billing details, and is issued by jazzrabbit OÜ.
Example. You need an invoice for accounting. Download it from billing history or the customer portal; it is issued by jazzrabbit OÜ and itemizes net and tax.
