Troubleshooting
Something not working as expected? Start here. Most issues fall into one of the categories below.
Quick Diagnosis
Before diving into specific pages, run through this 30-second checklist:
- Is any account halted? Look for a red HALTED chip in the dashboard header. If so, the account hit its daily loss or profit limit and new trades are paused. See Risk Limits Halt.
- Check the status lights in your dashboard header. Are your broker connection and Telegram both green?
- Check the Signal Log at Dashboard > Signal Log. Is the signal there? What status does it show?
- Check your channel assignments. Is the channel assigned to an active account?
If all three look fine and you are still having trouble, pick the category below that matches your issue.

Connection Issues
MetaTrader won't connect, Telegram keeps dropping, authentication failures, sync problems, frequent disconnects, and the Reconnect banner that appears after a sustained broker outage.
Trade Execution Issues
